| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了用筒形砂轮端面磨制柱体端面球形的成形方法及球形半径R与其它参数的关系,并对此种方法影响球形精度的因素进行了详尽的分析,找出了对精度影响较小的因素,从而给这类加工机床几何精度标准的制订提供了依据,也对这类机床在使用中为提高精度的调整方法提供了方向。

| Abstract: | In this paper the shaping principle of the cylinder head face sphere ground by cylindrical grinding wheel side is elaborated,and the relationship between the sphere radius R and other parameters is established. Besides, the effect of factors on the sphere accuracy is studied minutely, and the factor of causing less sphereerror is found.Thereforethe basis for formulating the geometric accuracy standard of the grinding machine according to this grinding method is provided, and the adjusting method for raising its accuracy when the machine is being used to grind the sphere is also pointed out. |
