| Abstract: | The contract for the cash flow right between the Entrepreneur (EN) and the Venture Capitalist (VC) is of key role for the evolvement of high-tech venture capital (HTVC) integration system. When the VC is risk-aversion, the necessary-sufficient conditions for realizing low risk strategy under the mixed bond-equity financing and the convertible bond are different. |
