| 摘 要： | 目的：观察眼挫伤后眼络膜、视网膜、视盘上眼底荧光血管造影检查（fundusfluorescein angiography FFA）中的特征和临床意义。方法：对38例眼挫伤患者进行眼底务管造影检查。结果：16眼视盘缺血性改变（g42．1％），视网膜震荡伤23眼（占60．5％），脉络膜破裂10眼（占26．30％），1例视神经撕脱伤。结论：FFA可显示眼挫伤后视盘、视网膜、脉络膜的循环改变，对眼损伤诊断、治疗提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the changes of discus nervi opticus and the retinal vessels caused by ocular contusion with Fundus fluor-escin angiography(FFA).Methods: FFA examination was performed on 38cases(38 eyes) of various traumatic condition in conjunction.Results: FFA of 16 case(43.3%) showed the hypofluorence in quadrant of whole disc nervi opticus,23 case had delayed filling time in central retinal vessels.13 cases(36.5%) showed retinal commotio and cases chorioretinal rupture in FFA.Among them 2 case showed localized delayed perfusion.Damage of retinal pigment epithelium was found the areas of choroidal abnormal perfusion.Conclusion: FFA is valuable in evaluating coular contusion and beneficial to its diagnosis and treatment. |
