摘    要:残余应力对光滑试样高周疲劳的作用,采用多轴应力的Dang-Van 图估算,有较好的线性关系;在裂纹体上作用的残余压应力可提高裂纹的闭合力,从而降低裂纹的扩展速率,甚至停止扩展;对于缺口试样,残余应力的集中和松弛对疲劳极限的作用较为显著。

Abstract:The effect of esidual stress on high cycle fatigue for smooth specimen is better to be evaluated by Dang-Van diagram,for which multiaxial stress state is emphasised.For the fatigue behavior of notch bar,residual stress concentraction and relaxation in the notched area are vital to the fatigue limit.The compressive residual sress in the cracked body acts as a closure force holding the crack from propaga- tion.With the increase of compressive residual, stress,a crack may lower down its growth rate and even stop cracking.
