摘    要:中子核数据是核物理基础研究、核能开发与利用以及核技术发展的基础数据,其质量直接关系到核装置等与核相关的产品的有效性、安全性与经济性.因此自中子发现以来,对中子核数据的研究已进行了80多年,各发达国家仍然不断地投入大量的人力物力进行研究,不断提高各数据库的质量,为基础研究、国防科技和国民经济服务.中子核数据研究包括实验测量、理论评价与宏观检验三部分,本文介绍了中子核数据测量方面的进展,主要包括测量平台与方法、中子反应数据和裂变数据实验测量方面的进展,最后进行了展望.

Abstract:Neutron nuclear data is the basic data for basic research of nuclear physics, development and utilization of nuclear energy and development of nuclear technology. Its quality is directly related to the effectiveness, safety and economy of nuclearrelated products, such as nuclear devices. Since the discovery of neutrons, the research on neutron nuclear data has been carried out for more than 80 years. Developed countries continue to invest a lot of manpower and funding in this field,continuously improve the quality of databases to serve the basic research, national defense science and technology, and national economy development. The research of neutron nuclear data includes three parts: experimental measurement,theoretical evaluation and integral validation. This paper introduces the progress of neutron nuclear data measurement,including measurement platform and method, neutron reaction data and fission data measurement. Finally, the prospect is given.
