| 摘 要： | 分析了我国高校女子足球运动存在的问题，提出了改进措施，认为，女子的审美意识及心理因素、政策因素、后备人才及经费因素影响了我国那女子足球运动的发展；国家应从大学生女子足球队员的招生、就业政策层面予以扶持，通过宣传，转变社会对女足的认识，加强后备人才培养，积极筹措经费，为高校女足运动的发展积极创造条件． |

| Abstract: | Problems of women football of universities are analyzed in our nation and the improvements arepresented. It is deemed that factors influencing me aeveiopment, factor and aesthetic consciousness of woman, policy, talents reserve and funding. The state shall give policy supports for enrollment and employment of college women football players. By propaganda, converting the public cognitions on women football, reinforcing talent reserve training, raising funds, the conditions are created for women football of universities actively. |
