高功率矩形波导可调衰减器的仿真设计与实验

摘    要:为了满足微波化学反应对功率可变的要求,设计了高功率可调衰减器.利用HFSS软件计算了衰减器外壳形状和宽度对衰减量和电压驻波比的影响,得到了最优结构尺寸的高功率可调衰减器.按照仿真得到的最优结构尺寸,制作了高功率矩形波导可调衰减器.衰减器实测的最大衰减量为8.6 dB.衰减片插入波导的深度小于40 mm时,电压驻波比均小于1.1,此时最大衰减量为5 dB;插入波导的深度大于40 mm时,电压驻波比有所增加,最大值为1.55,此时最大衰减量达到10.3 dB.仿真结果与实验结果一致.

Abstract:To vary the power of microwave chemistry reactions,a high-power variable attenuator is designed.HFSS(high frequency structure simulator) software is used to calculate the effect of attenuator outer shape and dimensions on attenuation and voltage standing-wave ratio(VSWR).The optimal structure dimension of a microwave variable attenuator is given.Based on the simulation results of the optimal structure dimension,a high-power variable attenuator of rectangular waveguide is made.The experimental results show that the maximal attenuation is 8.6 dB.The VSWR is lower than 1.1 when the depth of attenuator positioned into rectangular waveguide is lower than 40 mm,and the maximal attenuation is 5 dB.When the inserted depth is greater than 40 mm,the VSWR would increase a little,and its maximum reaches 1.55,while the maximal attenuation is 10.3 dB.The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results.
