火焰速度与超压关系

摘    要:在试验的基础上,探讨了瓦斯爆炸过程中火焰速度与超压之间的关系,研究结果表明:在瓦斯爆炸过程中,冲击波阵面的强度与火焰速度有关;无障碍物时,火焰速度小于100 m /s,产生的冲击波较弱,冲击波阵面上超压较小;随着障碍物的增多,火焰加速显著,一旦火焰速度加速超过200 m /s,冲击波阵面上的超压则显著提高,冲击波阵面强度增大,这种高速火焰的压力波所引起的爆炸波破坏效应与爆轰波产生的爆炸波破坏效应相当,对于煤矿井下来说,会严重破坏设备,导致人员的较大伤亡。

Abstract:The relationship between flame speed and superpressure in gas explosion is studied on the basis of experiment. The result of experiment indicates that the intensity of shock wave depends on flame speed in gas explosion. When there are no barriers in gas explosion, flame speed is less than 100m/s and the value of superpressure in small. With the increase of barriers, flame accelerates distinctly. Once flame speed exceeds 200m/s, the value of superpressure improves evidently and the intensity of shock wave increases too. The destruction caused by high speed flame is almost equal to that caused by detonation wave. Therefore, when it happens in coal mine, the equipments will be badly destroyed and many workers will die.
