基于创新工作室模式开展本科生创新团队建设的研究

随着知识经济社会竞争激烈程度地加强，社会对人才的要求不仅仅停留在专业知识和技能层面，同时还要求必须具备良好的沟通协调能力、良好的团队合作精神。依托工作室开展本科生创新团队建设模式更有利于培养健康人格、优良意志品质和团队协作能力的培养。本文在研究本科生创新团队现状和存在的问题基础上，提出依托工作室组建本科生创新团队的意义以及需要遵循的原则，最后对团队组建后如何加强团队建设和培育优秀团队等问题提出对策及建议。

On the Establishment of Studio Mode-based Innovation Team for Undergraduate

With the knowledge economy society competition getting more and more intense,the social demands for talents should not only stay in the professional knowledge and skill level,but also in the good communication skills and strong team work spirit level.The establishment of Undergraduate Innovation Team Mode based on studios contributes to the cultivation of healthy personality,good will quality and the team cooperation ability.Based on the present status and the existing problems of Undergraduate Innovation Team,in this paper we put forward the meaning of the Undergraduate Innovation Team establishment and the principles that should be obeyed and simultaneously present the solutions and suggestions to the problems such as how to enhance team building and how to cultivate the excellent team and so on.
