摘    要:利用有限元法对单脉冲激光作用下铜基Ni/Au反射镜的热力耦合以及温度场分布进行了数值模拟,得出了在不同功率的单脉冲激光照射下的温度场和应力分布,并对脉冲功率密度与镜面最大温升以及膜层最大应力的关系进行了分析.

Abstract:Copper mirrors with Ni/Au coatings has been widely used in intense laser systems such as CO2 lasers.Thermo-mechanical coupling characteristics of Ni/Au coatings of Cu mirrors are numerically simulated by use of finite element methods.The temperature and thermal stress distributions of the coatings are obtained under irradiation of single-pulse laser with various energies.Moreover,the relations between the maximum stress of coatings and single-pulse laser power density are analyzed and discussed.
