| 摘 要： | 为配合瘤段骨超垢灭活再植与瘤细胞培养敏感药物治疗骨肉瘤研究，并探讨超声疗法在骨肉交界呆肢治疗中的重要作用，通过选用新鲜人骨肉瘤组织标本，采用瘤组织碱性磷酸酶染色分级计数和瘤细胞存活度计数方法，研究判定体外医用灭菌剂量超声波在不同溶液介质和作用时间内，对人骨肉瘤组织的杀伤和灭活作用。

A RESEARCH ON THE KILLING EFFECT OF BACTERICIDE DOSE ULTRASONIC WAVE BY DIFFERENT MEDIA ON THE HUMAN OSTEOSARCOMA TISSUE |

| Abstract: | The killing effect of the bactericide dose ultrasonic wave by different media on human osteosarcoma tissue in vitro was studied with the methods of the grade counter of tumor tissue by AKP dyeing and the cell counter of survival tumor cell. The results showed that within the definite time the ultrasonic wave can kill the tumor tissue in the normal saline and promote the killing eftect of 95% alcohol on the tumor tissue. The killing effects on human osteosarcoma tissue are in the following order:the ultrasonic wave+95% alcohol>95% alcohol only > the ultrasonic wave+normal saline. |
