| 摘 要： | 阐述了自动加工管道法兰盘专用NC钻床的工控机数控系统的设计和研究.介绍了该钻床的机械系统和控制系统的设计原理及自动钻孔工序,并用计算机模拟验证了工艺流程.使该设计具有较好的可靠性与质量稳定性,并适于在线调试.

| Abstract: | The research on NC(numerical control) is a main branch of electromechnology at present. A NC drill press has been designed, including the mechanical and the control system, which is of reliability, good control performance, low cost and energy saving. Especially,it makes certain the stability of the product's quality.The control program can be adjusted on - line and can realize the embedded real - time interrupt and continuing. |
