聚环氧氯丙烷阳离子改性与应用研究

摘    要:采用聚环氧氯丙烷(PECH)与乙二胺和三甲胺合成一种新型聚胺盐型高分子——聚环氧氯丙烷胺(PECHA).利用IR、1H-NMR对聚合物的结构进行了表征,同时对聚合物的絮凝性能和粘土稳定性能进行了探讨.结果表明,当CPECHA=4.0mg/L时,钠蒙脱土污水浊度除去率高达98%,CPECHA=2.0mg/L时,粘土稳定性能高达86.96%.

Abstract:The cationic poly(epichlorohydrin)of ammonium salts was synthesized by ethylenediamine,trimethylamine and poly(epichlorohydrin).And the chemical constitution is discussed by methods of IR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.The result of performance of flocculation and anti-swelling shows that the removing of turbidity can reach 98%,when concentration of PECHA is 4.0mg/L,and rate of anti-swelling can reach 86.96% at 2.0mg/L.
