| 摘 要： | 目的:观察拉氧头孢钠治疗细菌性脑膜炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性调查分析近5年我院治疗细菌性脑膜炎的病历,随即抽取拉氧头孢钠50mg/kg治疗组20例(A组)和头孢吡肟50 mg/kg对照组20例(B组),1次/12 h,疗程均为5~14 d。比较两组临床疗效、细菌学改变及不良反应情况。结果:A、B两组的临床痊愈率分别为90.00%、85.00%,A、B两组的临床有效率分别为95.00%、90.00%,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:拉氧头孢钠治疗细菌性脑膜炎的疗效满意,不良反应少,药物安全性高,在新农合和城镇医保范围,可对医疗机构及患者取得双赢,值得在临床推广应用。
