| 摘 要： | 随着毫米波理论与技术的发展，毫米波的生物效应日益引起人们的关注，国外许多专家对此提出了多种假说，试图解释已发现的一系列生物效应现象，本文对此作一简介，重点介绍Ｈ．Ｆｒｏｈｌｉｃｈ的相干激励假说及其应用，以此推动我国科技界在这一领域的研究。

| Abstract: | According to the development of theory and technique of millimeter waves, the scientistsconcentrated special attention on the biological effects of milluneter waves. Many speeialists proposed several hypothesizes to attempt explain seriee of biological phenomenons. This peper intreduces seme as-pects in this direction, especially, in the hypothesize and application of coherent excitation, propoed byEnglish physicist H. Frohlich ,to deveplop the research in this region in our country. |
