| 摘 要： | 制定企业专利战略需要进行战略环境分析。通过SWOT分析，可以明确企业专利战略的不同模式。企业专利战略实施具有很强的策略性。企业可以从其所处产业生命周期及企业技术所处生命周期来确定具体的专利实施策略。专利组合策略和专利战略实施试点工作是探讨我国专利战略实施的重要方法。

| Abstract: | Making corporate patent strategy needs to carry out a strategic environmental analysis. By SWOT analysis, we can determine different modes of corporate patent strategy. Implementation of corporate patent strategy is strongly strategic. Corporate can determine specific patent strategy from its industry life cycle and technology life cy-cle. Patent portfolio strategy and patent strategy implementation pilot work are important methods to explore the im-plementation of patent strategy. |
