| 摘 要： | 网上银行作为商业银行的一种新业务，由于其是以因特网为操作平台，以致于在实践中不仅存在着新的金融风险，还必须防范各种网络风险。为了确保网上银行的健康发展，对涉及网上银行的相关法律问题进行探讨，以期建立一套完善的网上银行法律法规监管体系。

| Abstract: | Internet bank is a new kind of service provided by commercial banks. As internet is used as the operation base which may result in not only new financial crisis in practice, but various internet risks as well. To guarantee the healthy development of internet bank, this article analyzes legislative issues related to internet bank in the hope of building up a set of improved internet bank related legislative rules supervision system. |
