关于鄱阳湖退田还湖区生态农业发展的思考

鄱阳湖是中国最大的淡水湖泊，具有丰富的自然资源，尤其是水资源；它又是通过吞吐型湖泊，对长江洪水具有重要的、不可或缺的调蓄功能。因此，在鄱阳湖区实施生态建设，恢复湖泊的生态功能，保护与合理利用其湿地资源，发展生态经济尤其是生态农业，对于江西乃至长江中下游地区的可持续发展具有重要的战略意义。本文就鄱阳湖退田还湖区如何通过生态建设，变资源优势为经济优势，并与调蓄洪水、控制水旱灾害和血吸虫结合起来，发展生态农业这一课题提出了技术思路。

An Approach to Development of Ecological Farming in Wetland Restoration Area of Poyang Lake

The Poyang Lake is the largest fresh lake in China, in which there is a lot of natural resources, especial water resources. And it is the lake communicating with the Yangtze River, which has an important or necessary function to adjust the flood of the river. Therefore, the development of the ecological construction and ecological farming with the protection and the rational use of the resources in the Poyang Lake are of strategical importance in the sustainable development in Jinagxi province as well as in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangze River.This report involves the design on the ecological farming development by the ecological construction in the wetland restoration area of the Poyang Lake,which should integrate with the control of the disasters of flood and drought and schistosomiasis.
