HDPE/PP的热导率和热扩散率

摘    要:采用瞬态平面热源技术(TPS)测量了不同注塑工艺条件下高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和聚丙烯(PP)共混物(HDPE的质量含量分别为20%、40%、50%、60%和80%)的热导率和热扩散率,归纳出体系的热导率受注塑工艺条件的影响不大,与HDPE的质量含量基本呈线性增加关系;而注塑工艺条件对体系的热扩散率有一定的影响,但在设定的注塑工艺条件下可忽略其影响。

Abstract:The thermal conductivities and thermal diffusivities of High-density polyethylene(HDPE)and isotactic polypropylene(PP)blends were investigated in the following percentages of HDPE by weight:0,20,40,50,60,80,100 by the Transient Plane Sourceby(TPS).The thermal conductivities appeared to be independent of the injection conditions,and a linear relation can solely be drawn with the HDPE content.Nevertheless,in spite of the fact that the thermal diffusivities could be influenced by the processing variables,it ca...
