| 摘 要： | 奇异值在数值代数的计算中占有重要地位,广泛应用于各个学科.借助于Rayleigh商、矩阵特征值和奇异值之间的关系以及矩阵中的相关理论,研究任意矩阵的奇异值的迹的扰动界限,得到了高阶的扰动结果.

| Abstract: | Singular values play an important role in gomputation of the numerical algebra,and it is widely used.This paper used Rayleigh quotient and the relations of eigenvalue and singular value and some relative theory in matrix to study the perturbation boundary of singular value’s trace on every matrix,and then we get higher order. |
