摘    要:以K2S2O8和K2S2O8/FeSO4为诱发剂、以运动粘度为指标研究了聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)氧化降解的最佳工艺条件,考察了降解前后平均相对分子质量、化学需氧量(COD)和溶液有机组成等方面的变化。结果表明,K2S2O8浓度为100mg/L,FeSO4·7H2O浓度为20mg/L时,体系中PAM可以达到最大程度的降解,此时溶液COD值较降解前增大,平均相对分子质量明显降低,降解后主要产物为丙烯酰胺低聚体的衍生物。

Abstract:The changes in viscosity, average relative molecular weight, chemical oxygen demand (COD) and organic substance of the solution were studied when K_2S_2O_8 or K_2S_2O_8/FeSO_4 was added into the polyacrylamide (PAM) solution, which induced the degradation of PAM in aqueous solution. The results show that PAM is degraded to the largest degree and the main product of degradation is the derivative of the low aggregate of acrylamide when the concentration of K_2S_2O_8 and FeSO_4 is 100 mg/L and 20 mg/L respectively, and they are added into the PAM solution. As a result, the COD of the solution increases and the average relative molecular weight of PAM decreases.
