川陕苏区红色城市历史文化开发对策研究——兼论“红军精神”与“川陕苏区精神”

“红军精神”与“川陕苏区精神”是不同内涵和定位的两个精神实质，川陕苏区红色城市在其文化宣传中，长期用红四方面军“十六字”军训训词解读“红军精神”，并用这个单一、平淡的红色文化口号进行宣传，使川陕苏区红色城市文化氛围和文化自觉意识正在淡化，挖掘“川陕苏区精神”更多更深的文化内涵，重新进行红色文化名城定位迫在眉睫。由此界定“红军精神”与“川陕苏区精神”的内涵，对巴中地区开发红色城市历史文化十分重要。

Measures to Historical Culture Development of Red Cities in Sichuan--Shanxi Soviet Area: Red Army Spirit and Sichuan-Shanxi Soviet Area Spirit

The Red Army spirit and the Sichuan -Shanxi Soviet Area spirit are different in definition and orientation. However, while the culture of red cities in Sichuan -Shanxi Soviet Area has been publicized, the content of ＂16 words＂, which was the alogan when the army was trained at time, have been understood as the Red Army Spirit for a long time and also as the propaganda slogan of red cul- ture today. Because of that, the atmosphere of red city culture and the culture awareness have been weakened. So it is urgent to discover the deeper cultural connotation of the Sichuan - Shanxi Soviet Area spirit and to redefine what the red cities are. It is very important for the development of red cities in Bazhong to redefine what the Red Army spirit and Sichuan - Shanxi Soviet Area spirit are.
