| 摘 要： | 提出移动全IP(Internet Phone)网络电话实现的一种方案．介绍了移动节点快速切换链路时在移动节点和基站之间的QoS保证和在移动IP上提供端到端的QoS机制．通过在网络中实现QoS的服务来防止传输延迟、抖动和包丢失，满足IP电话业务对于实时性的要求。

| Abstract: | A plan for applying All-IP mobile network telephone is presented. Meanwhile, the guarantee of QoS between mobile node and basal station is introduced when a mobile node quickly switches line and an end-to-end QoS architectural framework over mobile IP. The realization of QoS in network can avoid transmission delay, tremble and packet loss so as to meet the real-time demand of IP business. |
