摘    要:为开发可降解饮用水中三氯甲烷的光催化剂,采用凝胶法制备了一系列Fe^3+和Ce^3+共掺杂的纳米TiO2。用XRD,UV和电化学方法研究了不同Fe^3+和Ce^3+配比掺杂TiO2的光谱电化学行为。研究结果表明:Fe^3+和Ce^3+掺杂摩尔分数均小于2.0%时,TiO2总是锐钛矿相,x(Fe^3+)为7.0%时出现少量的Fe2TiO5相,x(Ce^3+)为7.0%时出现少量TiO2-CeO2相;固定掺杂x(Ce^3+)为2.0%时,最佳掺杂x(Fe^3+)为2.0%,此时,TiO2紫外吸收、吸收限红移以及注入电荷密度Qc与脱出电荷密度Qa之比都最大:固定掺杂x(Fe^3+)为2.0%时,TiO2的紫外吸收、吸收限红移以及电荷密度Qc与脱出电荷密度Qa之比总是随着掺杂的x(Ce^3+)的增大而增大。

Abstract:A series of nano-TiO2 co-doped Fe 3+and Ce 3+were prepared by sol-gel method to develop a photocatalyst which can effectively resolve haloforms in drinking water.The changes of their spectrum-electrochemical performances with co-doped proportions of Fe3 +and Ce 3+were studied using XRD,UV and electrochemical method.The results indicate that TiO2 is always in anatase phase when the mole fractions of co-doped Fe 3+,Ce 3+are both less than 2.0%,a little of Fe2TiO5 and TiO2-CeO2 occur at x(Fe 3+)of 7.0%and x(Ce...
