| 摘 要： | 为改良喜树现有品种,丰富遗传育种资源,采用秋水仙素对植物喜树的顶芽和种子进行多倍体诱变处理,经植物形态学检测,诱导后的对象具有明显的多倍体特征,表明采用秋水仙素对喜树不同部位进行多倍体诱导,是一种行之有效的生物技术方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:Improving breeds of Camptotheca acuminata and its heredity resources.methods:The polyploid of Camptotheca acuminata was obtained through buds and seeds treated with colchicines solution.Result:morphological comparation showed that the polyploid induction was effective.Conclusion:It was effective to use colchicines in polyploid induction of different explants of Camptotheca acuminata. |
