摘    要:为了解决由于运动伪差干扰导致利用反射式光电脉容积脉搏波计算心率通常较难得到准确结果的问题,设计了一种腕式心率监测装置.通过反射式光电传感器和三轴加速度传感器分别采集脉搏波和运动信息,利用运动状态分析、自适应噪声抵消和谱峰搜索的方法提取心率值,对5名受试者进行静止、走动、跑动状态下的心率监测实验,同时采集心电信号进行心率对比,结果表明两种方法具有良好的一致性.本文作者设计的反射式心率监测装置可以有效抑制运动伪差干扰,实现心率精确监测.

Abstract:Due to the interference caused by motion artifact (MA),it is difficult to acquire accurate results of heart rate (HR) through reflective Photoplethysmography (PPG).A wrist-type band for heart rate monitoring was proposed in this paper.The band was integrated with a reflective PPG sensor and a tri-axial accelerometer for pulse and motion acquisition.HR calculation was realized by using motion status analysis,adaptive noise cancellation and spectral peak searching.5 subjects participated in the experiments of HR monitoring.HR from Electrocardiograph (ECG) was also recorded simultaneously.The results indicated that the two approaches had a good coherence.The proposed wrist-type band can effectively suppress MA interference and realize accurate HR monitoring.
