摘    要:文章阐述了基于DFDT(双融双轨制,Double Fusion Double Track)人才系统培养模式的设计过程。通过对计算机应用技术专业DFDT人才系统培养职业能力标准、职业能力层次结构目标及规格的研究设计,确立在人才系统培养的高职阶段以"学业与职业融合,课程与岗位融通"的"双融型"人才系统培养为理念,实施"实践渗透型学院课程"与"实际工作型企业课程"并行开设的双轨制教学组织模式,通过该模式的理论研究和实践建设,进一步夯实学院质量工程建设基础,深化学院教育教学组织模式改革,同时也为相关专业人才系统培养提供理论依据。

Abstract:The design process of Personnel Systematic Training Mode based on DFDT(Double Fusion Double Track) is demonstrated in the study. Through the research design of the professional competency standards, hierarchy of objectives and specifications of the personnel systematic training mode based on DFDT for computer application technology major, Double Fusion Personnel Systematic Training--"academic and occupation integration, curriculum and job intermediation"-- is established as the concept in the vocational stage of the personnel system training, and the double track teaching organization mode--"practice of infiltration college courses" and "practical enterprise course" paralleled--is implemented in the study as well. With the theoretical research and practical construction of the mode, the basis of the college quality construction project is further reinforced, deepening the teaching organizational mode reform, and providing a theoretical basis for the relevant research of personnel systematic training.
