| 摘 要： | 明清晋商的商业信用和金融信用曾誉满商界,享誉全国。没有外在约束下的晋商信用将不可能实现帕累托最优状态;一旦加入会馆行会等外在约束,(守信,守信)的最优组合解将能稳定存在。

| Abstract: | Commercial and financial credits of Shanxi business during Ming and Qing Dynasties were of high reputation among commercial circles and won national fame.The credit of Shanxi business could not have reached Parleto state:once joining provincial or county guilds,which were external bords,solution of the most excellent combination of keeping credit will exist stably. |
