大学生心理紊乱与阅读的认知矫治作用

摘    要:认知是影响个体心理健康水平的重要因素。外界刺激形成的压力通过人的认知中介而产生不同的心理体验和情绪反应。正确的、科学的、合乎逻辑的认知可以降解压力的强度;错误的、非科学的认知可以膨胀压力的强度。当今大学生心理紊乱的发生,在很大程度上是由于他们的认知模式的偏差。大学图书馆可以通过对大学生的阅读指导,矫治其错误的非理性的认知,达到心理治疗的目的。

Abstract:The cognitive function is an important factor that can influence individual psychological health. The pressure caused by the external stimulation can produce different psychological experiences and emotional responses through people's cognitive intermediate. Stress as intermediary result in different personal experience and feeling. The intensity of the pressure can be reduced by proper, scientific and logical cognizance. On the other hand, the intensity of the pressure can be expanded by wrong and non-scientific cognizance. The psychological disorder of undergraduate has been resulted from cognitive deviation. The cognitive deviation can be corrected by reading guidance in university library to resolve the psychological problems.
