摘    要:针对分布式电力监控系统规模大、结构复杂的特点,提出采用分层分步的处理方法.即独立地建立各个层次的模型,对其进行局部处理,再根据系统实际结构把各层模型组合起来,据此求出系统可靠性的两个重要参数MTSF和MTTR,并给出一个关于这类问题的一种简化解决方法.

Abstract:The real-time monitoring and load dispatching in a power system are an important research area in current automation technology. The monitoring system is characterized by a large scale, a wide distribution area and complicated architecture. A new technique called layered and stepped processing is proposed. The system is separaed into several layers. According to the physical characteristics of each layer such as the communication network, intelligent module, etc. , the softwares, hardwares as well as reliability models for the stochastic process are developed, respectively. After simplification, the models are combined into a complete one. Two important parameters MTSF and MTTR of system reliability are obtained. A simple and practical method is given.
