| Abstract: | Through analyzing on the demerits of traditional financial function, this paper emphasizes the necessity of carrying out the transformation of the financial function, makes clear the transforming direction of the financial function, and points out that the directional transformation of the financial function is transforming from the traditional function emphasizing the financial historic data to the future function emphasizing the company appreciation. |
