| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板凝胶电泳法，获得了矮杨梅种下７个类型和毛杨梅的过氧化物酶同工酶（ＰＯＸ）酶谱。矮杨梅种下各类型的ＰＯＸ谱带具有多型性；以ＰＯＸ谱带为性状，对矮杨梅各类型和毛杨梅进行了聚类分析，矮杨梅各类型和毛杨梅被分为两大类，对应于形态分类学上的两个种；矮杨梅的７个类型，被分为两类４组，其中，小乔木型和青白果型差异程度较大，是相对独立的两个类型

A GENETICS ANALYSIS ON PEROXIDASE ISOZENZYME OF THE DIFFRENT TYPES OF MYRICA NANA AND MYRICA ESCULENTA |

| Abstract: | The electrophoresis banding patterns (EBP) of peroxidase isozenzyme (POX) of 7 types of Myrica nana and Myrica esculenta were obtained by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. There exist a polymorphism in the EBP of POX of all the type of Myrica nana. With the EBP of POX as taxonomic characters, the cluster analysis was made, all the types of Mnana is one category, Mesculenta is another one, wich is in conformity with that based on the morpholgyAll the types of Mnana were divided into 4 groups, the short trunk type and green fruit type of Myrica nana are independent in comparison with other types |
