| 摘 要： | 电视节目主持人是电视事业发展到一定阶段的产物。当节目主持人相对稳定在一定的栏目时，就需要确立一定的形象基调。这一形象，既应服从公众的、社会的和共性的要求，同时也应具有鲜明的个性特色，只有这样，才能够在节目的主持过程中创造良好的效应。
