| Abstract: | Summary This article adopts that bilirubin possesses fluorescent charac- teristics through fluorescence spectrum.By using spectrometer photometer, content can be determined.Operation is simple,high-speedy,and sensitive, by which the leve below ppm can be determined.To suit the universal needs of producing bilirubin at present,we give an introduction about the method how to determine the content of bilirubin. |
