| Abstract: | This paper mainly analyzes on the variation of foundation soil's bearing capacity under long-term action of the building, probes into the latent bearing capacity hidden in common structural system, puts forward the treating methods for various structures of building's storey-addition including the strengthening of the structure and the varying of the structural system, and points out some problems needing attention in building's storey-addition. |
