摘    要:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,分别测定甘薯(Jpomoea trifida)花、子房、柱头在不同发育时期的过氧化物酶同工酶;通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜,观察大孢子的发生、胚囊的形成以及柱头乳头细胞的分化过程。实验结果表明,过氧化物酶同工酶与大孢子发生、胚囊形成以及柱头乳头细胞的分化过程有密切的关系;过氧化物酶同工酶谱的变化具有器官(组织)和发育阶段的特异性。本文还对过氧化物酶同工酶的活性变化与植物发育过程中器官的形成、细胞的生长及分化的关系进行了讨论。

Abstract:Peroxidase isozymes in the flower ovary and stigma of Ipomoea trifida at different development stages were detected respectively by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The development of macrospore, the formation of embryo sac and the differentiation of stigma mammilliform cell were observed under optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results of experiments showed that peroxidase isozymes related closely with the development of macrospore, the formation of embryo sac and the differentiation of stigma mammilliform cell. The variation of peroxidase isozymograms showed a certain specificity of organ (tissue) and development stage. Finally, the relationship between the change of peroxidase isozyme activity and the formation of organ, growth and differentiation of cell during the plant development process was also discussed.
