基于RTX脉冲插入式热误差补偿信号研究

摘    要:热误差的实时补偿最终需要将位移量转化为脉冲信号输入到数控机床的数控系统中才能有效进行.利用RTX的高实时可靠性的特点,在RTX环境下通过通用并口接收数控机床的反馈装置的反馈脉冲,并进行插入操作将热误差补偿脉冲信号叠加到原始的反馈脉冲信号中,运用通用并口端口并行传输脉冲信号的特点,通过通用并口将叠加后的脉冲信号作为反馈脉冲信号输入到数控机床数控系统中进行计算操作,从而达到低成本的数控机床热误差实时补偿的目的.

Abstract:The displacement should be converted into pulse signal in real-time thermal error compensation, and the pulse signal is inputted into the CNC system. In hard real-time RTX environment, the parallel port receives the feed back pulse signal sending out from the feed back device. By using pulse insertion operation, the thermal error compensation pulse signal is overlapped on the original feed back pulse signal, and then the overlapped pulse signal is inputted into the CNC system via common parallel port because of the parallel transmission characteristics of the parallel port. Therefore, the thermal error compensation is implemented at low cost.
