| 摘 要： | 在言语交际中恰当运用模糊限制语是一个合格的语言使用者必备的语言能力之一。模糊限制语可以分为质量模糊限制语、数量模糊限制语、程度模糊限制语、范围模糊限制语、方式准则模糊限制语五种类型。恰当运用模糊限制语,能使语言表达更含蓄、委婉、有礼貌;能增强语言表达的灵活性,提高语言的表达效率。

| Abstract: | A qualified language user should be able to use hedges appropriately. In this paper, the author first gives a brief introdustion of the definition of hedges and their semantic classification, then makes a preliminaty study of the pragmatic functions of hedges played in the communication. It argues that hedges not only exists a lot in the human communication, but also possesses some special pragmatic functions. |
