| 摘 要： | 危机是一种社会现象,它随时会发生在社会的任何一个组织之中.高校图书馆作为高校的重要组成部分,具有人员聚集性强、流动性大的特点,存在着许多隐患,一旦处理不当,就会形成危机并造成极大的危害.阐述了高校图书馆的危机类型,提出了高校图书馆危机管理的对策.

| Abstract: | The crisis, which is a social phenomenon, will happen in any organization of the society at any time. University library, being as an important part of university, possesses many hidden dangers because of its features of strong personnel gathering and personnel fluidity, if mishandled, they will form the crisis and cause the severe damage. Therefore, This paper expounds the types of university library＇s crisis, and puts forward some countermeasures for university library＇ s crisis management. |
