| Abstract: | This paper briefly expounds the concept of and problems existing in ancient-books reparation, probes into the self-identification of the values of the ancient-books reparation personnel and the professional qualities that the ancient-books reparation personnel should have, and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the construction of ancient-books reparation personnel team. |
