| Abstract: | This paper expounds some relevant supporting measures in the transformation of the organizational structure, which include the complete implementation of the reform policy of separating secondary lines of business from core business, the establishment and perfection of the corresponding management system, the construction of the team of talents, the rational determination of corresponding reform procedures, and the adoption of corresponding measures for dealing with the resistance. |
