| 摘 要： | 采用醋酸——氢氧化钠法制备双乙酸钠，具有原料价谦易得、工艺简单，易于实现工业化生产等特点，该文介绍了以醋酸和氢氧化钠为原料，水为溶剂制备双乙酸钠的条件研究。
