微尺度槽道内流动与换热研究的实验测试系统

摘    要:微尺度槽道可极大地强化换热,测试其中流动工质的温度、压力、阻力等参数可得到特性曲线,进而研究其传热机理。实验用测试系统由实验段、传感器、采集板、接口卡、PC机以及实验工质的流路等辅助设备组成,具有高精度、实时显示并自动获取参数稳定值的功能,是微尺度换热研究中实用必备的精密实验测试系统。

Abstract:Heat transfer in microchannel can be greatly enhanced.The frictional and heat transfer characteristic curve is got through the measurement of temperature ,pressure and pressure drop,and is useful for mechanism research.The system includes test section,sensor,collecting printed substrate,interface,PC and working fluid road etc.It is with function of high precision,presentation and automatic obtaining steady parameter.It must be practical and precision experimental system for intertigation heat transfer in microchannel.
