| 摘 要： | 研究了晶粒间界对光电发射的影响，仔细考虑了在单位能量间隔内参与光跃迁的有效电子态密度和光电子逸出几率，提出锑化物阴极的光电发射模型，并导出了量子产额的表达式．借助电子计算机，计算了各种锑化物阴极的量子产额，理论和实验符合较好．

| Abstract: | The present paper makes a research on the photoemission of alkali-antimony photocathodes influenced by the grun boundery, the effective electron density of energy states in the travel of unit energy and thc escape probability of photoelectrons. An improved polycrystalline photoemissive mode of alkali-antimony photocathodes is presented and a formula of its photoemissive yield is derived. The theoretical quantum yield of the photocathodes is calculated by computer and the result achieved is in agreement with the ex-periments. |
