摘    要:水资源问题的解决是实现经济可持续发展的重要基础,针对陕西省榆林市目前的水资源问题,文章通过对近年来榆林市工业活动与地下水用量的资料分析,论述了陕北能源重化工基地的经济活动与地下水之间的动态关系;结果表明,榆林市工业总产值与工业用地下水量的相关系数达到0.977,北六县区尤为突出;工业用地下水量占到工业总用水量的55%。就空间而言,各地区工业生产对地下水的影响差异很大,工业活动对地下水影响最大的是府谷县,其次是靖边县,影响程度最小的是榆阳区。水资源的短缺严重制约了陕北经济的发展,甚至成为了制约陕北能源重化工基地的"瓶颈"。对此笔者提出了相关对策,为陕北经济与水资源的协调及水资源的优化配置提供参考。

Abstract:The solution to the problem of water resources is an important foundation to achieve sustainable economic development, for the current issue of water resources in Yulin city, using the industrial activities and the amount of groundwater data in recent years, the paper analyses the dynamic relationship between groundwater and the energy and heavy chemical industry base in northern Shaanxi province; The results shows that: The correlation of Yulin' s gross industrial output and water resources is 0. 977 ,especially in the six northern counties. Industrial water consumption accounted for 55% of the total. This has seriously hampered the economic development in northern Shaanxi, and even became the "bottleneck", which restrain the construction of energy and heavy chemical industry base in northern Shaanxi. So the anthers have has put forward some measures for the economy and water resources in northern Shaanxi ,hoping to give several advices in the harmonized development of water resources allocation.
