磁选环柱精选区新型磁系的试验研究

摘    要:在磁选环柱研究的基础上,针对磁选环柱存在的不足,对磁选环柱精选区磁系加以改进.通过在精选区设置多组多极头电磁铁环轭磁系,实现将大部分磁场能量集中于精选环腔的目的;通过改变相邻两组电磁铁环轭磁系磁极头间的相对位置,使磁性颗粒逆水流方向呈螺旋线轨迹向下运动,从而增加水流对磁团聚的分散作用,提高分选效果.改进后的磁选环柱,在保持金属回收率不变的情况下,品位可提高0.5%.

Abstract:On the basis of research on annular magnetic separator,aimed at shortcomings existed in annular magnetic separator, the magnetic structure of the refining region was improved through the method of applying six-pole electromagnets. By changing the position of the neighboring electromagnets and the direction of the influx water to make magnetic energy concentrate more on the refining annular region, the reparation result wa improved. Given metal recovery rate constant, improved annular magnetic can increase the grade level by 0.5 %.
