茶饼病菌的分离培养及其刺激作用

通过油茶饼病菌在PDA培养基、PDA+新鲜油茶叶片培养基、PDA+烘干油茶叶片培养基，高氏一号培养基、高氏一号+新鲜油茶叶片培养基、高氏一号+烘干油茶叶片培养基、查氏培养基等13种培养基中的培养实验，结果表明：PDA+新鲜油茶叶片培养基最适合于茶饼菌的生长,22.5 ℃为茶饼菌的最佳培养温度；担子椭圆或圆柱形，顶部具有2～4个担孢子；成熟的担孢子微循环产孢形成分生孢子，而后以出芽方式进行生长繁殖；用外担菌发酵上清液浸泡水稻种子，发现能刺激种子萌发,促进根系生长.

Culture of Exobasidium Gracile (Shirai)Syd and Its Stimulating Effects

The exobasidium gracile(shirai) syd was cultured in thirteen mediums,which were PDA medium,PDA medium adding fresh tea juice,PDA medium adding parched and cracked teas,Gause 1 medium,Gause 1 medium adding fresh tea juice,Gause 1 medium adding parched and cracked teas,Czapek medium.The results showed that PDA medium adding fresh tea juice was the most suitable for the growth of exobasidium gracile(shirai) syd and the best culture temperature was 22.5 ℃;basidium was elliptical or cylindric with two to four basidiospore on its top.Mature basidiospore could generate conidiophore via microcircle conidiation，then grow and breed by way of germinate.Marinating the seeds of rice with conidia fermented liquid，it can be concluded that the fermented liquid can stimulate the buding of seeds and accelerate growth of root.
