| 摘 要： | 本文研究了８种家用洗洁精对蚕豆根尖的毒性效应，结果表明，在０．１％的浓度下，６种洗洁精溶液使得蚕豆根尖细胞的微核率显著上升，在１％和１０％的浓度下，８种洗洁精溶液均使得蚕豆根尖发黑，生长变形．

| Abstract: | The toxic effect of eight kinds of detergent in root tip of Vicia faba has been studied.The result shows that the frequency of micronucleus is significantly increased in root tip cell of Vicia faba processed by six kinds of detergent in 0.1% concentration.But under 1% and 10% concentration for all the eight brands the root tip of Vicia faba turns into black and presents morphological change. |
