| 摘 要： | 采用PS4.0微机极谱仪标准加入法测定了食品中的微量钙 ,采用DTD -40型恒温消解仪消化食品 ,检测下限 1 0 0 μg/L ,线性范围 0 .1 0～ 4.0 0mg/L ,相对标准偏差为 6.62 % ,回收率为97 2 % .锌、锰、铅、铜、镉不干扰测量 .分析结果令人满意 |

| Abstract: | The Paper uses PS4.0 micro computer polarography instrument to determinate calcium in food with standard addition Method.TDT-40 model dry bath treat sample,The detection limit(nitrogen) is down to 0.100 ?mg/L.The relationship between peak current and the concentration of calcium is linear in the range of 0.10 ～4.00?mg/L,Relative standard deviation below 6.62%.The recovery was 97.2%.Zn 2+ ,Mn 2+ ,Mn 2+ ,Pb 2+ ,Cu 2+ ,Cd 2+ ,can not interfere to determinate calcium.The method has been used for determination of calcium with satisfactory results. |
