摘    要:教师在从事教育教学活动中必须遵守一定的行为规范和道德准则,包括教师的道德行为、道德修养、道德教育和道德评价.探讨"师德"的真谛具有深远的历史与现实意义.文章从儒家代表人物孔子、孟子、荀子师德教育观入手,阐释了当代师德建设的意义和途径.

Abstract:Teaching activities must accord with conduct principles and moral codes,including teachers' moral conduct,moral cultivation,moral education and moral evaluation.Researching on teacher morality is of far-reaching historical and actual significance.Current construction of teacher morality is stated from the point of view of the representatives of Confucianists,such as Confucius,Mencius,Xun Zi.
